The ABB Electrification Service division is extending its portfolio with a new advisory service product line. Composed of four offering pillars, the overall objective is to advise customers on making their operations safer, more reliable, and sustainable. As Global Product Manager - Reliability, Safety & Sustainability Advisory Services you will set-up and head the reliability & safety advisory services team as part of the new organization. While contributing to the overall advisory services business strategy, you will plan, monitor, and develop a global portfolio for the reliability & safety advisory service offering. To deliver the reliability, reliability, safety & sustainability services to customers, you will align with the local service teams around the globe to oversee all steps of the offering life cycle including development, launch, go-to-market, pricing, and profitability. You will also define, build, and manage the back-end organization to support the local advisory service teams and align with the operational/execution path. In the course of this, you will drive excellence in the advisory service teams by promoting continuous development of people and processes, and by championing ABB core values and principles. This role will be based in US/APAC/EMEA. (will make 3 different postings)

**Your responsibilities**:

- Lead the offering and solution strategy creation for a global portfolio of reliability, safety & sustainability advisory services and related software / hardware throughout its whole life cycle, with responsibility for the offering profitability.
- Drive customer need and value analysis, planning the roadmap to create maximum value, follow up of portfolio performance, and ensure the coordination on R&D
- Lead continuous business analysis of the existing portfolio and potential new portfolio items including analysis of alternative investments and reviewing potential partnering options.
- Analyze and track market, technology, competitors, and trends related to the offering including relevant regulations, and determine competitive attributes, commercialization strategy, and value proposition.
- Act as interface connecting customers with internal functions (e.g., Sales, Operations, and Research & Development) and oversees resolution of customer issues
- Set-up and lead the advisory services back-end team for reliability, safety & sustainability advisory services to provide required back-end support to local services teams
- Accountable for the effective deployment of the partnering, procurement, and logistics strategy for the delivery of reliability, safety & sustainability advisory services and related project execution, deliver reliability, safety & sustainability reports to customers taking account of local and global standards in there preparation
- Ensure with Global and Local stakeholder that the service organization is properly supported, staffed, trained and aligned with new offering and guide, motivate, and develop direct and indirect subordinates

**Your background**:

- 10+ years of experience in product management within multinational company
- Experience in service operations and field service activities would be an asset in this role
- Operational skills, on site experience, system design experience, eTAPplatform
- Ability to identify customer service needs and to match those with ABB service offerings and find innovative solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Experience in partnership management and delivery of complex customer projects
- Proven personal leadership in building and leading a project focused organization, shaping collaborative, diverse and inclusive organizational culture with high strategic and results orientation, fluency in English is essential (written and spoken)
