We are Legartis, a legal tech startup paving the way for the next era of legal innovation by revolutionizing contract review and analysis with the help of artificial intelligence. As our Customer Success Manager, you will report directly to our CRO and play a pivotal role in driving our customer's success. We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in customer success and an entrepreneurial mindset with a “can do”-mentality. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of our SaaS solution, leveraging your expertise to build great customer relations and contribute directly to our revenue goals.

**Your mission**:
Our Customer Success Manager is the primary link between Legartis and our most important clients. In this role, you will help our strategic customers leverage the Legartis platform to improve legal processes, guide them toward achieving their strategic goals, and assist in reaching their business objectives. - Adopting the Legartis platform will enable legal teams to enhance their legal operations and achieve business goals. You will help them achieve those.
- Foster contract renewal growth, increase platform engagement, enhance customer satisfaction, and develop advocates for Legartis to broaden relationships and uncover new opportunities.
- Act as the client's voice within Legartis, advocating for your client's needs with our professional/managed services, support, product management, and leadership teams. You orchestrate client success throughout every phase of the post-sales journey.
- Maintain customer relationships and be the bridge to internal stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and realize value through coordinated succession planning to guarantee exceptional and predictable business outcomes.
- Assess risk forecasts based on product engagement, manage renewal processes, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your client portfolio in collaboration with Sales Account Executives
- all while aiming for the targeted renewal rate and net revenue expansion within your clients.
- Utilize your knowledge of the Legartis platform and industry best practices to devise and propose strategic solutions that ensure clients meet their objectives through effective product use and offer top-tier consultative support.
- Manage a POD of internal resources to develop valuable platform use cases for our clients.
**Your profile**:
- You have a track record in a SaaS company in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting, particularly with legal teams, legal operations, or legal tech.
- You possess prior knowledge of, or are eager to learn about, LegalTech, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and related technologies. Experience with multi-product platform technologies is a plus.
- You are comfortable preparing and presenting executive business reviews (EBRs) to senior executives, aligning delivered value with top-level business goals and mutual growth strategies.
- You are experienced in managing customer renewal cycles and are skilled in negotiating renewals to achieve net dollar expansion.
- You are familiar with Customer Success platforms (e.g. Startdeliver), CRM software (preferably Salesforce or Hubspot), Microsoft Applications/Google Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams), and Forecasting Tools.
- Your verbal and written communication skills in German and English are exceptional.
- You are driven to continually enhance Customer Success across Legartis by fostering a company-wide culture of customer success and delight (spanning Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance, and Executive teams).
