As a recruiting partner of Wingtra AG, we are looking for you as a **Technical Customer Success Manager** (a) **for** **DACH** at the headquarters in Zürich. In this role, you will join the world’s leading professional VTOL drone company at a high-growth stage and take a key role in increasing the customers' success by supporting them across the DACH region. Join the Wingtra team and become part of this venture-backed robotics scale-up with a global and international team of 140+ dedicated Wingtranauts who want to see their actions have a positive and lasting impact on the world.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Become main contact in all technical matters for key partners of Wingtra in the DACH region
- Answer customer support requests and investigate technical issues
- Do technical onboarding and consulting for customers
- Travel to customers for presale projects, trainings, and product demonstrations 2-3 quarterly
- Ensure best in class customer support experience
- Write technical documentation and manuals
- Handle logistics process with key partners of Wingtra DACH
- Support the sales team in deal closing stage and during sales demos
- Support the marketing team in creation of show case material
- Collaborate with the engineers in Zurich to solve difficult robotics and geodetics problems

**What You Bring To The Job**
- University (of applied science/ FH) degree or apprenticeship in a technical or mechanical field
- First experience in technical customer support or sales of a technical product (software/hardware)
- Technology / Information Technology industry knowledge
- Experience with a modern CRM/ticket system e.g. Zendesk, Hubspot, etc.
- Outgoing and proactive personality, willingness to motivate team members and to create enjoyable work atmosphere
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast and challenging work environment
- Honest, humble and self-motivated
- Travel Requirements5% (approx. 2-3 times per quarter), mainly in DACH & some in EMEA, rather short stays
- En: C1 - Advanced
- Ge: C1 - Advanced

**Nice-to-Haves**
- Startup experience
- Experience in the drone, robotics, surveying/GIS industry or surveying/ drone software product
- International work experience and experience in distributed/remote teams
