We are looking for a** Customer Success & Growth Associate **to take on a multi-faceted, dynamic role. Part of your role will be to assist our customers when using our products and services, resolve user queries, and guide them through the Liiva platform features and functionalities. Other time will be spent working with marketing team members on communications with potential new users. You will also be encouraged to come up with your own ideas to attract new users, and collaborate with Product or Operations teams to relay user feedback and innovate together to continue building an exceptional digital product.

**_ Where_**: in our Zürich office, or at your home office, with a suggested 50% office presence according to your preferences.

**_ How much_**: the expected salary range is 75,000 - 95,000 CHF (exceptions are made to allow for the best overall/skills fit)

**Your day-to-day**
- Identify user needs and help them use specific product features
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Monitor customer feedback on social media and reach out when needed to provide assistance
- Report product bugs and gather customer feedback to share with our Product team
- Collaborate with Marketing team to produce and distribute newsletter and other direct marketing materials

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year experience as a Customer Success Associate or similar customer facing role for a digital product
- Understanding of how CRM systems work (we use Salesforce, but any CRM know-how is useful)
- Drive to participate fully in an early-stage company, and the ability to work with many different teams to meet user needs
- Swiss German fluency (primary user language), and English (company language)
- Swiss, EU, or other passport holder that has the ability to work in Switzerland
