Unser Kunde ist ein Schweizer IT-Consulting Unternehmen mit ca. 30 Mitarbeitenden in Zürich. Das inhabergeführte Unternehmen ist seit ca. 20 Jahren am Markt erfolgreich tätig und legt den Fokus auf die Beratung von mittelständischen Unternehmen.

Aufgrund das Wachstums des Teams wird Verstärkung benötigt.

Diese Tätigkeiten erwarten dich:

- Projektkoordination der Consulting Dienstleistungen
- Qualitätsmangement
- Kundendienst inbound und outbound
- Administrativer Sales Support

Mit diesen Voraussetzungen bist du in dieser Rolle erfolgreich:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erfahrung im Bereich Kundendienst, Customer Success oder Projektkoordination
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Tiefgehendes Interesse an IT
