Möchtest du in der Online-Branche Fuss fassen und erste Arbeitserfahrungen sammeln bei einer jungen & innovativen Technologiefirma im Reisesektor? Hotelcard ist eine Online-Buchungsplattform für Hotels in der Schweiz und dem nahen Ausland. Gegründet 2009 wurde das Geschäftsmodell 2020 komplett überarbeitet und konsequent auf die Bedürfnisse der Kunden ausgerichtet.

Entsprechend suchen wir sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Customer Success Manager/in (Praktika). Arbeitsort ist unser trendiges, neues Büro am pulsierenden Letten, im Herzen von Zürich und auf Wunsch dein Home-Office.

Aufgaben
- Als Teils des Customer Success Teams bemühst du dich um eine perfekte Customer Experience
- Projektmitarbeit bei Verbesserung aller Touch Points im Customer Lifecycle
- Identifikation und Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen (Voice of the Customer)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT & Hotel Sourcing zur Verbesserung der User Experience
- Projektarbeit in den Bereichen Mitgliedermarketing, Hotel Sourcing, Product Management
- Aktive Überarbeitung, Verbesserung und Mitgestaltung im Bereich Content

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Matura, Berufsmatura oder Bachelor
- Erste Berufserfahrungen im kaufmännischen Bereich oder Tourismus
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Wort & Schrift) sowie Englischkenntnisse (Unternehmenssprache). Französisch & Italienisch ein Plus.
- Hohe kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist ein echter Teamplayer, arbeitest aber auch sehr selbständig
- Du willst etwas bewegen und zeigst viel Eigeninitiative & Engagement
