**Breitling **stands apart with its watches unapologetically dedicated to authentic adventures, in the air, at sea or on land. We are currently looking for a **Digital Product Manage**r **to join our** **#Squad**.**

**_The role is hybrid and combines work from home with work in our Zurich_**_ office._**

**Main goals of the position**
- Supervise Breitling product development across all Digital properties dedicated to B2C Retail and direct e-Commerce, alongside the technology team and other internal stakeholders
- Own definition, design and delivery of new features, roll-out and experiences within the Digital roadmap
- Optimize, measure and report the performance of the deployments

**Main tasks of the position**
- Liaise with business and gather business requirements, create IT documents and transfer them into IT solutions in alignment with IT Security and IT Architecture teams
- Being the connector between the internal E-commerce team and the partner agencies
- Establish solution proposals and coordinate them with the stakeholders
- Connecting with key business partners and Product Owners to agree and document detailed design and acceptance criteria for both functional and non-functional requirements and project deliverables.
- Translating business requirements into functional and non-functional system requirements.
- Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders (Commercial and Technology teams, particularly platform owners, developers, technical leads and testers).
- Co-operating closely with the delivery team to establish capabilities and ensure customer needs are interpreted into suitable designs, and recommend whether current or new products are suitable.
- Highlighting and sharing risks associated with plans and designs.
- Understand both internal and external user needs from both a UX and functional perspective. Build relationships with internal users to appreciate individual needs and concerns.
- Recommending improvements/optimization to current systems/processes and planning implementation of these improvements.

**Required Skills**:

- E-commerce funnel knowledge
- CMS Management
- Project management
- Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Good knowledge of JIRA/Confluence
- Good knowledge of programming and UX/UI strategy would be a nice to have
- Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication, additional languages are valued

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Product management of omni-channel solutions covering online sales, customer service, POS sales, stock allocation and management experience
- Prior involvement (business strategy and enterprise architecture) in either OMS, e-Commerce or New retail within luxury industry
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Highly collaborative and adaptable with strong communication skills working effectively across different teams understanding the meaning of customer centricity. Prior experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies mandatory
- Experience with Salesforce SalesCloud is highly preferred, SAP S4 HANA integration experience is preferred, but not mandatory
