**MISSIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Process the department's expense reports
- Process invoices
- Process absence and recovery requests
- Prepare documents for signature
- Make meeting rooms reservations
- Help with travel arrangements and team-building events
- Update the CEO Office page on the FIA Intranet
- Take notes
- Filing and archiving of files
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
**PROFILE**:
- 12-month work-study programme
- Good level of English
- Be comfortable with digital tools
- Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously
- Good management of deadlines and priorities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Commitment and discretion, ability to exercise sound judgment in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information
