**Job Description**:
**Office Assistant's duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Processing daily post
- Arranging meetings
- Organizing office diary
- Taking meeting minutes
- Managing travel and accommodation needs
- Maintaining stationary for office
- Overseeing Accounts Payable / Receivables
- Maintaining flight files
- Assisting with recruitment
- Organizing training for office as required
- New starter information and induction
- Scheduling employee appraisals
- Keeping up-to-date employee records on file
- Managing medical insurance
- Assisting the CEO

- Exceptional communication skills
- Attention to detail

- Reliable
- Polite and supportive manner
- Fluent in English and French (German is a plus)
