Restaurant avec service en salle (50 couverts) ou en terrasse (60 couverts), ainsi qu'un département banquet.

•Ouvert 7/7 : services petit-déjeuner

•Ouvert 5/7 : déjeuner et dîner (hors évènementiel)

•Évènementiel (petits mariages, réunion de famille ou d'entreprise).
Le restaurant a été entièrement rénové en 2022.
Clientèle :Résidents de l'hôtel (business et tourisme) et locale avec une proportion importante d'habitués. Beaucoup de clients business pour le déjeuner.
Type de cuisine : Bistronomie
Mix de plats traditionnels et de propositions plus créatives au grès des saisons et des tendances culinaires.
Connotation de cuisine périgourdine (origine des propriétaires)

MISSIONS (liste non exhaustive) :

•Être ambassadeur de l'Hôtel et de ses départements F&B

•Développer et mettre en œuvre un système complet de contrôle des coûts et de gestion des
stocks F&B, en rationalisant les opérations pour une efficacité maximale

•Encadrer et former les équies F&B

•Participer activement au service

•Analyser les retours des clients et prendre des mesures en conséquence : communication avec les équipes, plans d'amélioration et actions concrètes

•Préparer les horaires du personnel F&B en fonction des prévisions, en optimisant les ressources,
afin d'assurer un service exceptionnel ;

•Gérer les réservations F&B sur tous les canaux de distribution, communiquer les informations pertinentes aux équipes lors des briefings avant le service

•Gérer l'approvisionnement en boissons conformément aux prévisions d'occupation de l'hôtel, en maintenant des niveaux de stock optimaux

•Supervision de l'organisation des évènements

•Gérer les recrutements, en lien avec la Direction

•Expérience confirmée a un poste similaire, avec une grande expérience opérationnelle

•Passion pour le domaine de la restauration et la transmission

•Charisme & Leadership : grande expérience et goût pour la gestion d'équipe, compétences managériales. Goût pour le contact humain, tant avec les équipe qu'avec les clients.

•Organisé : organisation du service et des tâches, gestion des stocks, passage de commandes, optimisation des coûts. Connaissance de l'informatique de base (Excel, Word) souhaitée.

•Aisance relationnelle et commerciale

•Sociable : aussi bien avec son équipe en salle qu'en cuisine qu'avec les collaborateurs des autres département. Bonne communication avec la direction et la clientèle.

•Flexible

•Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais indispensable, une troisième langue appréciée

•Excellente présentation
