Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the automated accounts payable system and non-PO list to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Handle manual invoices and journal entries, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and monthly closings, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Conduct regular reporting and calculate fees and rebates, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Check and approve travel expenses in Concur, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist in internal and external audit processes, providing support and documentation as required.
Requirements
- Hold a CFC d'employé(e) de commerce or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in multinational accounting, with a strong understanding of ERP systems and SAP experience.
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, autonomous, and customer-oriented attitude, with a strong attention to detail.
