On behalf of an international company based near Rolle, we are searching for an
Junior Accounts Payable 100% - 3 months assignmentJunior AP Accountant H/FDESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
  • You are responsible for invoice bookings
  • You process payements
  • You handle purchase requests and generate purchase orders
  • You assist the Manager with month end close activities (accruals, AP accounts reconciliations, follow-up on bank guarantee and cash forecast)
  • You set up new suppliers

PROFIL ATTENDU
  • CFC or maturity degree
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position within an international company
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Rigorous, detail-oriented, very good team spirit
