Seit 1994 beraten und unterstützen wir Unternehmen in Innovation und Technologie mit dem Ziel, die unternehmerische Leistungsfähigkeit unserer Kunden zu steigern und damit den Weg ins digitale Morgen zu ebnen.Du leitest ein Team von 10 - 15 Consultants in der Unit Life Sciences, unterstützt sie in ihrer Entwicklung und treibst die Rekrutierung von neuen Talenten voran.Du übernimmst Verantwortung im Bereich Account Management für bestehende Kunden im Lifesciences-Bereich und treibst den Ausbau des Kundenportfolios voran.Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (ETH, Uni, FH) in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem ähnlichen Bereich.Erfahrungen im Account Management und ein aktives Netzwerk im Life Sciences Umfeld.Erfahrungen in einem dieser Bereiche: Medizintechnik, Pharma oder Healthcare.Deine verhandlungssicheren Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.Remote-Arbeit bis zu 5 Wochen pro Jahr ausserhalb der Schweiz, aber innerhalb EuropasFlexible Arbeitszeiten für eine ideale Balance zwischen Beruf und PrivatlebenUnvergessliche Team- und Firmen-Events, die den Zusammenhalt stärken
