Senior Business Development Manager

One of our clients is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development & Fundraising Manager with a proven track record and an established network within Switzerland.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising and business development strategy tailored to the Swiss market;
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with institutional investors, family offices, HNWIs, and other potential funding sources;
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in Switzerland.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for fundraising and investor relations.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, fundraising, or a related role within the financial services or investment management industry.
- Demonstrated success in securing capital from Swiss-based investors, with a strong existing network across the region.
- Deep understanding of the Swiss financial landscape, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
