Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer relationships and expectations to drive business growth.
  • Anticipate and meet customer needs through proactive communication and support.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure seamless experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to increase loyalty and retention.

Your Profile:

  • Fluent written and spoken English, with proficiency in German or Spanish a plus.
  • Working experience in the music industry, specifically in music publishing, record labels, or licensing at DSPs, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with music industry rightsflow and expertise in song royalty tracking are essential skills.
  • Proven account management experience with a track record of success.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset are critical for success in this role.
  • Able to give clear instructions with deadlines in an effective and respectful manner.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels, with the ability to adapt tone and register as needed.
  • An independent thinker who can suggest creative solutions and anticipate customer needs.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • An intentional approach to work with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
