Key Responsibilities

  • Client-Centric Activities:
    • Ensure that clients receive an exceptional in-store experience.
    • Coach the team to build strong connections with clients, drive sales, and achieve retention targets.
    • Develop and execute strategies to enhance client engagement and loyalty.
    • Utilize digital tools to streamline the client journey and foster sales partnerships.
    • Manage VIP and top-spender clients, handling delicate sales and after-sales situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Team Coaching:
    • Recruit, retain, and develop talent, ensuring career growth and succession plans.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and coach team members to improve their skills.
    • Focus on relationship-building rather than transactions, promoting a positive and professional team environment.
    • Collaborate with the Store Manager and HR on employee relations, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
  • Product Handling:
    • Maintain adherence to safety and operational guidelines, ensuring stock provision and proper product mix.
    • Safeguard valuable products and materials, conducting regular stock checks and managing product transfers.
  • Store Image:
    • Maintain high visual standards and store cleanliness, working closely with the In-Store Visual team.
  • Requirements
    • Effective management and coaching skills, with a proven track record of success.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
    • A strong understanding of performance KPIs and the ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
    • Fluency in English, with excellent language skills and the ability to communicate confidently.
