Job Summary

This role involves selling Alcatel-Lucent Products and Services to existing and new key accounts through an indirect sales model. As an Inside Sales Manager in Switzerland, you will be responsible for developing end-customers with our partners to maximize value delivery. You will also work closely with channels sales managers and central functions to achieve sales targets and implement strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Build strong relationships with new and existing end-customers and business partners.
  2. Create and maintain end-customer relationships at all levels: IT, procurement, management, and CxO level.
  3. Work with assigned verticals/regions as an expert in the market.
  4. Prospect with the primary goal of acquiring new logos, with a minimum of 60% hunting profile.
  5. Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded and implement sales strategies.
  6. Collaborate to maintain existing clients and develop a network and cloud product portfolio.
  7. Salesforce knowledge is a plus, and you should be able to update and manage your pipeline.
  8. Grow the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise brand by creating references with end-customers to help business partners turn customer relationships into long-term partnerships.
  9. Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives; an accurate business plan and reporting are mandatory (quarterly forecast, bi-weekly commit).
