Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for retail and customer service, with extensive experience in field retail, preferably with upmarket skin care products or a similar area in the cosmetics industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing independent customers, chain stores, and department stores within the Romandie region. Key responsibilities include driving client performance, ensuring budget targets are met, and preparing and coordinating sales plans (sell-in/sell-out) including budgets.

Achieving target sales figures is crucial, and the successful candidate must have excellent negotiating and communication skills to drive client engagement and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximizing sales of L'OCCITANE with existing customers
  • Preparation and coordination of sales plans (sell-in/sell-out)
  • Training Retailers' Beauty Advisors and hosting events and animations for retailers
  • Developing and executing customer-specific promotions
Requirements:
  • Completed commercial vocational training or several years of comparable professional experience
  • Extensive experience in field retail, ideally with upmarket skin care products or a similar area in the cosmetics industry
  • Strong passion for retail and customer service
  • Excellent negotiating and communication skills
  • Strategic and analytical approach to work
