As a Territory Manager at L'OCCITANE, you will be responsible for managing a team of Retailers' Beauty Advisors and developing strategies to drive sales growth in the Romandie region. Your role involves:

• Identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue growth

• Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve targets

• Providing training and support to Retailers' Beauty Advisors to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills

• Building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

• Analyzing competitor activity and identifying opportunities to stay ahead in the market

• Collaborating with Trade Marketing to develop and execute customer-specific promotions

• Maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
