Sales Account Executive

Alohi SA, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, is the provider of Sign.Plus (a legally binding electronic signature) and Fax.Plus (online faxing) services, serving over 3,000,000 customers worldwide. We are dedicated to simplifying and improving the daily operations of companies and individuals through state-of-the-art technologies and user-friendly interfaces.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing and building relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities
- Efficiently handle inbound leads, assess client needs, and guide them through the sales process
- Execute outreach and cross-sell campaigns to engage existing and potential clients, promoting the benefits of Fax.Plus and Sign.Plus
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities
- Regularly report on sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and contribute to accurate sales forecasts.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably with SaaS products.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency with HubSpot and ZoomInfo for opportunity management and prospecting.
- Ability to take initiatives and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with the ability to work within a team or even work independently as needed.
- Knowledge of electronic signature and online faxing technologies is a plus
- Fluent in English (Both writing and speaking); additional language a plus.
