Experis IT Switzerland is looking for an Account Manager - French speaking one of our customers, based in Geneva.
**Contract**:12 months with a possibility of extension
**Location**: Geneva, 100%
**Language**s**:fluent in French and English
**Your responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain a relationship with customers to increase the revenue,
- Execute and achieve sales quota and targets,
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals,
- Focus on driving profitability through proactive management,
- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales plan,
- Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary,
- Communicate client feedback and follow up and resolution.
**To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have**:
- Min of 3 years of related technical sales experience
- Experience in working in Channel, Partner or DirectSales environment, knowledge of partners and distributors,
- Familiar with Funnel management & Customer satisfaction programs on Commercial B2Blevel,
- Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills,
- Excellent telephone and presentation skills,
- Customer centric and results oriented,
- Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions,
- Familiar with sales CRMs. Microsoft office,
- Fluent in English and French.
