- Where to play:
- Suivi et identification du périmètre client (ouvertures, fermetures, rachats, remodeling, online)
- How to win:
- Construit, priorise, recommande, négocie, pilote et optimise les building block pour atteindre les objectifs de croissance de PDM & sell out annuel (Top doors stratégie, exclusivité, avant-première, merchandising, plan trade marketing online & off line, formation, conditions commerciales)
- Recommande le cadre de négociation visant à maximiser sell in, sell out, profitabilité et activation des leviers.
- Contexte : motivations, objectif commun partagé, cartographie des acteurs.
- Stratégie : tactique, technique, rapport de force, ossature de la stratégie, confirmation du mandat, concessions et contreparties
- Négocie, contractualise, et fait vivre l’accord dans le respect du mandat définit avec le DC
**Mission 2 : Fait vivre, optimise son accord et sa relation client au quotidien et mène les actions correctives si nécessaire**
- Développe une forte relation entre Clarins et l’enseigne:
- Approfondit la connaissance de l’organisation et agit à tous les niveaux pour bâtir et faire vivre un partenariat gagnant
- Définit les prestations à apporter dans tous les domaines (logistique, informatique, comptabilité, commercial, marketing, on line)
- Transmet et anime le savoir-faire et la singularité de Clarins auprès des interlocuteurs des enseignes
- Anime les équipes terrain autour de l’exécution du plan d’action
- Est garant du P&L dont il a la charge
- Construction, suivi et pilotage de la mensualisation Sell In (BNP) & Sell Out & stock (couverture, pertinence, optimisation )
- Fait vivre l’accord au quotidien dans le cadre des objectifs annuels : assurer le référencement des nouveautés, des offres promotionnelles, des commandes de réassort, optimisation de tous les leviers (Top doors stratégie, exclusivité, avant-première, merchandising, plan trade marketing online & off line, formation, conditions commerciales) et mise en place de plan booster si nécessaire
- Analyse mensuelle de l’activité: Sell in & Sell Out & Stock, PDM, YTD, YTG, Key learning, recommendations et pour actions.
**Mission 3 : Est acteur de progrès par son comportement veille au parfaitement alignement, opère de manière efficiente, et collabore de manière effective**
- Acteur du comité commercial il travaille en étroite collaboration avec les différents services et collabore activement au binôme trade marketing
- Pilote et/ou participe à des groupes de travail transversaux
- Recommande les évolutions nécessaires pour développer notre pdm
- Assure l’information permanente en interne des activités commerciales de ses clients, de l’activité concurrentielle, et des changements de stratégie ou de cadre de collaboration.
- Définit les actions de category management nécessaires à la relation privilégiée de la marque avec ses interlocuteurs.
- Profil- Formation Ecole Supérieure de Commerce, EHL ou équivalent
- Expertise ou sensibilité prononcée pour le marché de la beauté
- Informatiques : MS Office, AS400 et portail, cube, Nielsen
- Langues : Bilingue français - allemand/suisse-allemand
- Solides compétences numériques et analytiques
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication : être capable de donner la vision
- Esprit entrepreneurial, ownership, problem solving
- Orientation résultat, sens de la négociation, dynamisme et force de conviction
