Event Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional event experiences
  • Manage event planning and budgeting, from concept development to execution
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless event production
  • Oversee event logistics, including scenography, product display, and catering
  • Contract and manage vendors to execute approved plans
  • Review and ensure compliance with legal documentation and financial processes
  • Support markets by adapting event concepts and submitting local event decks
  • Propose innovative ideas to enhance the client journey and present to top management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in events and brand management, with a proven track record of large-scale event production
  • High standard experience within a luxury brand or agency with a luxury portfolio
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and anticipate event needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluency in French and English
