The Supplier Collaboration Project Manager plays a crucial role in the Excellence team, reporting directly to the Supplier Collaboration Senior Manager. In close collaboration with the Group Platforms department, Maisons, Regions, and Group functions, this position ensures the success of our Procurement products and tools.


Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Participating in the design and pre-study phases of Procurement products and tools
  • Defining, implementing, industrializing, and communicating deployment plans
  • Managing communication and ensuring key stakeholders are regularly informed
  • Formalizing and maintaining documentation and translations
  • Leading training sessions and webinars
  • Supervising and providing support to end-users
  • Participating in the new features and capabilities strategy with Product teams and technology providers
  • Providing feedback to Product Owners and contributing to the definition of new requirements
  • Monitoring usage and effectiveness of solutions and proposing improvement plans
  • Reporting on progress

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A University degree in Engineering
  • At least 5 years' experience in projects management and/or support environment for luxury goods
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with experience with SAP Ariba and/or SAP R/3 being beneficial
  • A technology enthusiast with a passion for new technologies
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to liaise directly with senior consultants and business stakeholders
  • The ability to switch between an IT mindset and a business mindset
  • Reliability and responsibility when handling sensitive data
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver results on time
  • Fluency in French and English, with Italian or German being a plus
