Smood is the leading last mile delivery service in Switzerland. We aim to improve the lives of people living in Switzerland in everything we do. Smood is a food-tech company connecting Swiss consumers with more than 2,500 restaurants and 100 retailers including Migros stores and we are constantly exploring additional services to expand our core offering. All mobile apps, the website and other proprietary tech and software is built in-house. Smood stands for a diverse, dynamic and open corporate culture with more than 100 employees across 2 different office locations.

**About the role**

You will be part of a growing team and tasked with expanding your geographical territory to keep up with the company's rapid growth in existing cities.

**What you will do**
- You will be the first point of contact for partner restaurants as well as an ambassador for the Smood brand in your region.
- You support your partners in increasing the share of delivery business in their sales.
- You conduct performance reviews at physical appointments.
- Increase the number of partner restaurants in your area and build a long-term business relationship.
- Optimise your partner acquisition by offering personalised support thanks to your market knowledge and the data available to you.

**Requirements**:
**What we’d love from you**
- Italian & English - French is a plus
- Completion of a professional apprenticeship
- A driving licence
- Experience in catering, sales or consulting is an advantage
- An analytical flair to quickly identify needs, strengths and challenges in your area
- Digital skills (such as Hubspot) are a plus If you have a heart for the hospitality industry, are a team player, outgoing and are looking for a challenge with the ability to work independently, this position is for you
