Business Development Manager

Circuitronix is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Switzerland. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis and trend research to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key players in the industry, including OEMs and Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers.
- Pursue leads and follow through to successful engagements.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and quality teams to ensure NPI requirements are met.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest market trends and requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in marketing or business development in the electronics industry.
- Deep knowledge of the market, including players, trends, R&D, and supply chain.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the semiconductor industry and/or application development is a plus.
