Sales and Business Development Manager

As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a designated geographical area and promoting the entire product range effectively. This includes engaging in lobbying and exploring business opportunities to expand the market presence. You will create and present compelling offers to potential clients, handle order acceptance, and track progress to ensure timely fulfillment. Additionally, you will conduct monthly forecasts to facilitate better planning for upcoming months and develop corrective action plans to achieve sales targets. You will also work on the development of revenue and margins for designated key accounts and create action plans to ensure the loyalty of key customers through targeted efforts. Furthermore, you will actively participate in team meetings, contributing to a positive and productive atmosphere, and lead by example in managing your business and providing constructive feedback. You will have at least 3 years' technical sales experience, familiarity with the UPS market, and solid technical and commercial knowledge. You will possess a persuasive demeanor, excellent communication skills, and be a self-starter with organizational talent. You will have an analytical mind, be a driving force behind initiatives, and be highly goal-oriented. You will excel in communication, acting in a performance-oriented and customer-focused manner, and have good written and oral communication skills in English (B2). You will be ready and willing to travel within Switzerland to meet clients and support sales activities.
