Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a designated geographical area and promote the entire product range effectively.
  • Engage in lobbying and explore business opportunities to expand the market presence.
  • Create and present compelling offers to potential clients while visiting them.
  • Handle order acceptance and track progress to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Conduct monthly forecasts to facilitate better planning for upcoming months.
  • Develop corrective action plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Work on the development of revenue and margins for designated key accounts.
  • Create action plans to ensure the loyalty of key customers through targeted efforts.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to a positive and productive atmosphere.
  • Lead by example in managing your business and providing constructive feedback.
  • Have at least 3 years' technical sales experience.
  • Familiarity with the UPS market would be a significant advantage in this role.
  • Have solid technical and commercial knowledge, ensuring you can navigate both aspects of the sales process effectively.
  • Possess a persuasive demeanor and the ability to win people over with your charisma and communication skills.
  • Be a self-starter with organizational talent, able to manage your responsibilities independently.
  • Have an analytical mind, be a driving force behind initiatives, and be highly goal-oriented.
  • Excel in communication, acting in a performance-oriented and customer-focused manner.
  • Have good written and oral communication skills in (Swiss) German (C2) and English (B2).
  • Be ready and willing to travel within Switzerland to meet clients and support sales activities.
