Sales and Business Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our Business Unit and ensure its competitiveness and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the automotive industry, and excellent technical and sales knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage key accounts and clients in the portfolio
- Identify new markets and develop business opportunities
- Contribute to introducing premium solutions to clients
- Manage contracts and ensure thorough work on the impact of exchange rates on deals
- Travel 20-30% of the time to represent the company and its premium brand
Requirements:
- Technical and/or sales-focused higher education diploma
- 5-10 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, ideally in the automotive industry
- Perfect proficiency in German and English, with knowledge of French a plus
- Relational and personal skills to create trusting and successful relationships with partners
