Key Account Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Business Development Manager to join our team at DORNIER CONSULTING RH.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position based in the French border area, with attractive compensation (estimated salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year) and a 20% variable compensation package.
As a Key Account Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading and ensuring the competitiveness and profitability of our Business Unit. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying new markets and managing key accounts;
- Introducing premium solutions to clients until their commitment;
- Maintaining a close relationship with historical key accounts and clients in your portfolio;
You will work closely with automobile manufacturers and leading first-rank suppliers, traveling 20-30% of the time to represent our company, its premium brand, and world-renowned industrial excellence.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A technical and/or sales-focused higher education diploma;
- 5-10 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, ideally in the automotive industry;
- Perfect proficiency in German and English, with knowledge of French being a plus;
- Relational and personal skills that allow you to enthusiastically tackle important challenges in diverse and demanding technologies and places;
- Persistence and imagination in creating trusting and successful relationships with partners;
