Development Fund Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Development Fund Manager to join our team at Stiftung SOS-Kinderdorf Schweiz.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to establish a new position within the organization and ensure its continuous development. As a Development Fund Manager, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential funding opportunities that align with our mission and goals.
You will work closely with the Head of Philanthropy to develop and implement an institutional fundraising strategy. Your key responsibilities will include writing, editing, and submitting grant applications and proposals, including log frames and budgets.
As a seasoned professional in the non-profit sector, you will ensure that all funding applications comply with donor guidelines and regulations. You will also maintain relationships with funders and partners, track grant expenditure, and prepare financial and program reports.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor relations unique to the non-profit sector. Your budgeting experience, knowledge of auditing policies, and proficiency in MS Office and fundraising software will be invaluable assets.
