We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in direct sales and a strong network of senior relationships in the region. If you're a hunter with a passion for growth and a talent for building lasting relationships, we want to hear from you.

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for generating revenue through the sale of Records Management, Secure Destruction, and Document Management Services. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating revenue through the sale of Records Management, Secure Destruction, and Document Management Services
  • Commercial management of tenders, retenders, and price negotiations across nominated accounts
  • Positioning and selling solutions to address named Corporate Customers' Information Management needs
  • Accountable for new business revenue growth in the defined range of new and existing customers
  • Ensuring assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are reached
  • Driving the strategy for growth across nominated lists of target customers and prospects
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans; contributing to business strategy, development, and implementation
