About the Role

AWS EMEA SARL (Switzerland Branch) - G96 is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Business Development Manager to join our team in Switzerland. As a Cloud Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of AWS cloud services in the public sector market in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Public Sector Business Development Strategies: Define, build, and manage public sector business development programs to drive revenue growth and adoption of AWS cloud services.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with partners, AWS sales teams, and other stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements and ensure successful delivery of business initiatives.
  • Drive Business Development Programs: Proactively communicate with senior and executive-level stakeholders to drive business development programs and identify opportunities to improve our go-to-market strategy and generate new revenue streams.
  • Own Customer Relationships: Own customer relationships to drive government transformation programs and work across sales regions to understand functional and technical requirements.
  • Develop and Track Key Performance Metrics: Develop and track multiple programs and key performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Significant Business Development and Program Management Experience: Proven experience in go-to-market, scope, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • Exceptional Analytical, Quantitative, and Presentation Skills: Strong analytical, quantitative, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills in German and English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's Level Degree or Equivalent Experience: A bachelor's level degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
