Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our RM Team as an Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling our Relationship Managers to focus on client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, onboard, and close clients, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into our databases.
  • Update and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide exceptional communication and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare for client visits, including research and data gathering.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and timely follow-up.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support Relationship Managers with client-related issues, including Central Registry documentation, risk and compliance matters, and client interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal regulatory policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Participate in client meetings and corporate events, as requested.

Requirements

  • Apprenticeship or degree in Economics or equivalent, with relevant trainings in banking products and services.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position in a bank or an IAM in Switzerland.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and German, and French as a plus.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a flexible and solution-oriented approach.
