About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at FGS Global (Europe) GmbH. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team, including calendar management, travel planning, and expense accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel planning, and expense accounting.
  • Assist with office management, including ordering supplies and organizing internal events.
  • Support project management, including setting up new client projects and preparing invoices.
  • Act as the main contact person for supplier management and invoicing.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles and versatile accounting.
  • Fluency in German and business English, with Swiss German a plus.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of the Office 365 environment.
  • Great organization, listening, communication skills, and a hands-on approach.
