Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at FGS Global (Europe) GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team, including calendar management, travel planning, and expense accounting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office operations, including ordering supplies and organizing events.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist with project management, including setting up new client projects and preparing invoices.
  • Manage supplier relationships and handle invoicing and accounting tasks.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles and versatile accounting.
  • Fluency in German and business English, with Swiss German a plus.
  • Good understanding of Office 365 environment.
  • Excellent organization, listening, and communication skills.
