Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team at IMPAG AG. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales teams, and ensuring seamless communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Support sales teams in generating leads, closing deals, and resolving customer complaints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools
