Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Consultant in Sales Enablement to work part-time while studying. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing C-level client presentations, designing and building sales collateral, and providing project management support to the Business Development Management team.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare C-level client presentations, including briefing the Group CEO and CEO Region EMEA
  • Design, build, and tailor sales collateral for Business Development and Client Engagement Managers, in coordination with the global market enablement organization
  • Provide project management support to the Business Development Management team, including project reporting and ensuring deliverables for specific client challenges are met
  • Ensure CRM data quality by updating entries and engaging with Business Development and Client Engagement Managers to keep accounts, target lists, and opportunities up-to-date
  • Ensure CRM reporting readiness and prepare global and regional sales meetings
  • Take the lead on strategic initiatives aligned with the company's strategy goals
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of business or consulting experience; procurement or supply chain or financial services sector experience a plus
  • Independent thinking with proven experience and capability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent management and planning skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to translate complicated concepts into comprehensible language for the target audience
  • Proficiency in English and German
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when necessary
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint and equivalent creative solutions
