Sales Excellence Specialist

About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Excellence professional to join our team in Switzerland. As a key member of our Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team, you'll play a critical role in translating Microsoft's Commercial Strategy into local execution plans and driving operational excellence to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities- Support the execution of predictable revenue and consumption growth by segment/solution area and aligned with Microsoft sales methodology standards.
- Drive and guide consistent sales excellence discipline, governance, and partner insights within and across Enterprise, GPS, SMC-C, and SMB.
- Implement evolving and new Microsoft Sales strategies, processes, and objectives to drive sustainable growth and improved sales performance.
- Partner with segment leads, Finance, Business, and Sales Operations (BSO/SOPM) on fiscal year planning workstreams requiring sales excellence support.
- 5+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
- 5+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.
- 8+ years of experience with active participation in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field.
