Sales Excellence Specialist

As a Sales Excellence Professional, you will play a critical role in driving commercial strategy execution and sales process optimization across our Enterprise and Partner Solutions segments.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the execution of predictable revenue and consumption growth by segment and solution area, aligned with Microsoft sales methodology standards.
- Drive and guide consistent sales excellence discipline, governance, and partner insights within and across Enterprise, GPS, SMC-C, and SMB.
- Implement evolving and new Microsoft Sales strategies, processes, and objectives to drive sustainable growth and improved sales performance.
- Partner with segment leads, Finance, Business, and Sales Operations on fiscal year planning workstreams requiring sales excellence support.
- Collaborate with GPS on partner and sales programs to maximize sales capabilities and drive pipeline health and management.
- 5+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
- 5+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.
- 8+ years of experience with active participation in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field.
