About the Administrative Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team lead and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative role

Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office
