A Career Opportunity at a Client in Zürich (ZH)

We are seeking an Office Support Specialist for our growing Facility Management organization at a client in Zürich (ZH). As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and provide professional support to clients, staff, and external contractors.
  • Oversee daily office coordination and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Provide first-level support for AV, IT, and office-related topics.
  • Manage mailroom activities, track courier services, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the Area Facilities Manager on health and safety matters, including risk assessments and compliance.
  • Work closely with handymen and technicians to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate switchboard activities and perform general office administration tasks.
Person Specification/Requirements:
  • Previous experience in office management, front-of-house, reception, or customer-facing roles is essential.
  • Strong administrative and communication skills are required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages and basic IT literacy are necessary.
  • Numerical skills and some financial acumen are desirable.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Fluency in German is mandatory, with basic French and English verbal knowledge also required.
