Role Overview

The Customer Experience Project Leader Export will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence and delivering an exceptional customer experience across the EMEA region.

This position involves leading country follow-up, developing strong collaborations with sales, digital, and marketing teams, and animating the Retail community to propose ideas for better engagement.

Main Responsibilities

  • Country Follow-Up: Lead country follow-up on dedicated markets of the EMEA region, gathering market needs, and developing 360 plans in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Retail Operations: Follow up on dedicated markets' performance, analyze monthly results, and KPIs to identify business needs, and prioritize Retail Operations projects for coordination and roll-out.
  • Learn & Development: Elaborate action plans on training aspects, build and monitor a training calendar, and develop L&D modules and services in-store when necessary.

Requirements

  • +3 years' experience in operational marketing (customer experience, marketing required)
  • Fluent in English & any other language is a plus
  • Business acumen & structured thinking with good analytical skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt in various environments
  • Comfortable with organizing, planning & multitasking approach
  • Able to connect and influence with customers, partners, suppliers & colleagues across functions in a multicultural environment
  • Comfortable with public speaking and excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable with Learning Management System, PPT, Excel, and Word
  • Willing to travel up to 25%
