Strategic Product Environment Project Leader

About the Role
This key position will oversee the product catalogues for external and internal use, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Your expertise in project management will be essential in leading briefs for various tools, collaborating with internal departments, and monitoring orders within budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for product promotion tools
- Collaborate with internal departments (Product Marketing, Creative Center, Indirect Purchasing) to ensure efficient project execution
- Monitor project budgets and coordinate with the Product Environment Manager
- Maintain competitiveness of product tools by proposing improvements and defining content of instructions for use
- Negotiate requests for proposals with external agencies and coordinate implementation with internal departments
- Manage proofreading and translation tasks with markets and external agencies
Requirements
- Minimum 3/5 years of experience in trade marketing with expertise in project management, preferably in the printing sector
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and French
- Positive attitude, growth mindset, and strong sense of ownership with keen eye for details
- Client-centric approach with innovative thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Outstanding teamwork skills with collaborative spirit
- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and solutions-oriented
