Aviation Charter Sales Manager

As an integral part of our dynamic team, your main role will be to build a client database through proactive engagement and inbound requests. You will accompany clients throughout the group charter booking process, from initial inquiry to flight execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong intercultural relationships with clients
  • Maintain effective communication channels with clients, sourcing aircraft and negotiating with providers
  • Arrange requests for flights and keep clients updated on every aspect
  • Plan and organize procedures at terminal desks, meet passengers, and occasionally fly with groups on missions

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 18 months of experience in the group charter industry (broker, operator, or airline sales)
  • C2/C1 level English proficiency (written and spoken)

Work Environment

You will work with our team in one of our locations (Lausanne, London, Paris, or Zurich) and may be required to travel for aviation events and group charter flights.
