We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Switzerland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing our business and increasing our market share in this strategic region.

About the Role

As Senior Sales Manager for WKFS in Switzerland, you will develop and execute the sales strategy and tactics, ensure timely closure of deals, and build the team and infrastructure to deliver.

  • Develop and enhance relationships with key executives at C-level and other decision-makers to understand their needs and position solutions effectively.
  • Build long-term partnerships by consistently delivering value and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales consultants, technical teams, and subject matter experts to deliver in-depth product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years working in Account Management or Sales or other equivalent experience.
  • Deep understanding of business, financials, products/services and the market, recognized as an expert in one or more areas with an external reputation within your industry.
