eSMART Technologies, a leading innovator in building automation, seeks an experienced sales professional to drive growth in the Vaud and Geneva regions. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of heating, lighting, and electrical systems, and excellent customer relationship management abilities.

About the Role

This is a full-time hybrid position that requires a unique blend of sales acumen, technical expertise, and soft skills. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with major construction companies, promoting eSMART's intelligent systems, and working closely with our team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales activities in the Vaud and Geneva regions
  • Maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong knowledge of building automation and smart home technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in French and English
