The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales in the Swiss IT market, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the Pharma & Life Science industry.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline generation and management.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new accounts and expand existing relationships.
  • Negotiate complex software licensing deals with C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, business value advisors, and professional services, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Leverage the company's partner ecosystem to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience in the Swiss IT market, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Pharma & Life Science industry, including its key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Strong understanding of software sales principles, including pipeline management, opportunity qualification, and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
