Customer Solutions Manager for Large Enterprises

At AWS EMEA SARL (Switzerland Branch) - G96, we're seeking an experienced Customer Solutions Manager for Large Enterprises to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in driving complex, large-scale IT/technical/platform programs, including customer-facing experience delivering transformations for large enterprises with global operations and complex stakeholder landscapes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a Digital Strategy: Develop a comprehensive digital strategy, business case, and architecture design for customer(s) and deliver solutions on public cloud technologies to facilitate realization of business strategy.
- Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted customer advisor, ensuring all AWS teams are working together effectively to deliver transformational outcomes for the customer.
- Cloud Enablement: Accelerate customer cloud adoption and drive value from investments in the cloud by owning customers' cloud enablement/adoption readiness, driving migrations at scale, leading digital transformations, and benefit/value realization for AWS customers.
