Electrolux bietet in der Schweiz ein breites Sortiment an Haushaltsgeräten für die Bereiche Küche und Wäschepflege, sowie Staubsauger und Kleingeräte der Marken Electrolux, AEG und Zanussi an.
Als Sales Channel Development Manager bei Electrolux übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung des Kundensegments Independent Retail. Durch Ihre analytischen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten entwickeln Sie das Kundensegment kontinuierlich weiter.
Aufgaben:
- Identifizierung von Marktpotentialen; Analyse von Verkaufsgebieten und Umsatzentwicklung basierend auf unterschiedlichsten KPIs.
- Proaktive Marktbearbeitung; Entwicklung von B2B Sales-Aktivierungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Trade Marketing, Aussendienst-Team und anderen Abteilungen.
- Interne Projektarbeit; Aktive Teilnahme in unterschiedlichen Projektgremien mit der Aufgabe, die Stimme des Independent Retail zu vertreten.
- Weiterentwicklung von Partnerprogrammen; Hinterfragung des Status Quo und daraus resultierende Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Aktivitäten.
- Unterstützung Sales Channel Head; Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Channel Head in verschiedenen strategischen Projekten.

Was Sie mitbringen:
- Universitäts- oder Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder Marketing.
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Sales, Marketing oder ähnlichen Bereichen.
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit, dies zielgruppengerecht aufbereiten und kommunizieren zu können.
- Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit und der proaktiven Weiterentwicklung des Status Quo.
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am Präsentieren.
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Lernwille und Energie.
